Woods Summer Camps

Why choose Westminster Woods for your camper? At Westminster Woods relationships are at the heart of everything we do! Whether a camper is beginning their walk with God or deepening an existing faith, we create an environment where they can grow closer to Him while building lifelong friendships. Our community thrives because of our incredible staff. Our counselors are all post high school at least one year, mature, Christ-following role models who mentor with love, joy and authenticity. They are passionate about campers, pointing them toward Jesus, and making camp an unforgettable adventure. Add in games and laughter, you have the best way to spend a week in the summer! Health & Medications

Every camper is required to submit a health information form. There are two options to submit the health information form. A Google form is not always considered secure for health information. If you want to transmit your minor's health information securely, you may want to choose option 2, to print and mail the form.

Option 1:  You may complete the online health form using the "Health Form" button under Register for camp above.

Option 2: Print and mail this form before your camper arrives at camp.

Medication forms are due upon camper's arrival to camp. Please do not send the medication form in advance. Only campers bringing medications are required to bring a medication form. If you are bringing medications of any kind (including over the counter and vitamins) they must be turned into the health room along with a medication form. Please print and fill out the Medication Form, then label a Ziploc bag with your camper's name and include all medication AND their form in the bag. You will send the bag to camp with your child at check-in. All medications must be in their original container.

The Health Room Worker is first aid/CPR certified. They store medication in a locked cabinet and assist campers with minor injuries and taking their medications as directed. Any camper with an injury or illness requiring professional assessment will be taken to the camp designated doctor located 11 miles from camp in Fredonia, KS. An attempt will be made to reach the guardians of the camper prior to a professional assessment visit. All medical costs are the responsibility of the guardians of the camper.

Health information is shared on a need to know basis only with Westminster Woods Staff.

Snack Shack

The snack shack is a place where campers can buy drinks, candy, and merch throughout the week. If you would like to send your camper with cash for the snack shack it will be collected at check-in. All money must be turned in at check-in to avoid theft/loss. Expect drink/snack items to around $2-5 and merch items to be around $15-25. All money left over will be sent home with your camper. The snack shack accepts cash, Venmo and credit card. Venmo and credit card payments are accepted at the time of purchase.
