5th 6th Grade Camp     Monday, June 3rd to Friday, June 7th

7th 8th Grade Camp     Monday, June 10th to Friday, June 14th

High School Camp        Monday, June 17th to Sunday, June 23rd

ARRIVAL TIME IS 4:00 PM ON THE FIRST DAY, DEPARTURE IS 12 NOON ON THE LAST DAY

PRICING STRUCTURE

We never want cost to be a reason that someone isn't able to attend camp. Westminster Woods exists to glorify God and help campers meet Jesus and grow their relationship with him. We also want to be responsible with our scholarship dollars so as many kids can come to camp as possible. If you need a scholarship, choose the scholarship option. If you can afford camp without a scholarship, please make that choice. If you choose a scholarship, we will send you a google form to complete our paperwork.

We have a base cost for each camp and then offer to those who need it a $50 scholarship to camper's 3rd through 8th grade and a $75 scholarship to high school campers who need the scholarship.  We are dedicated to offering this opportunity to all campers regardless of their income status and we are dedicated to preserving camp for many generations to come.

There will be a $35 late fee assessed on all payments postmarked after April 2nd.

BRING A FRIEND DISCOUNT

We love it when you bring your friends to camp! We offer $50 off your fee for each friend you bring. It must be their first time at a "The Woods" programmed camp or retreat and they must attend the same week as you. Simply write their name on the designated line on your registration form and subtract $50 from your registration fee for each person who attends. (This discount excludes 3rd & 4th camp and Family Fun Day.)

FIRST-TIME DISCOUNT

We love new campers! We offer a $25 discount if you are attending " The Woods" programed camp for the first time. (This excludes 3rd and 4th grade camp)
